Refund policy

Items from the section « vintage & antique pieces »  are made from reworked vintage or antique materials. Signs of wear consistent with age may be present. No refunds or exchanges.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct address on your order. M4ndylove is not responsible for packages returned to sender for address entry errors or unclaimed parcels. If an order does get returned to sender due to incorrect address information or unclaimed parcel, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. No refund will be accepted.

Please note that orders shipped outside of the Americas may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

M4ndyLove is not responsible for any additional customs fees or import charges.

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. We kindly ask that you ensure you are willing to cover any potential import charges before placing your order.
